How to become a METRO/makro customer?

Online Registration: Register using the online form at www.makro.cz and pick up your customer card at your chosen Makro store within 24 hours. After registering, you will receive an email summarizing your details and information about when to collect your card. To collect your Makro card, simply visit the customer service desk at the entrance of any wholesale store branch. Your card will be printed for you on the spot. After receiving your Makro card, log in to your customer account using the card, where you can fully manage your details and make any changes or updates. In-Store Registration: You can also register in person at any Makro store’s customer service desk. To register, you need an active business ID (IČO) and a valid ID document. We will take care of the rest. If you are not the owner of the business ID (IČO), we require a signed power of attorney from the owner, which does not need to be officially certified. To collect the card, you must present a valid ID. Your card will be printed for you immediately at the customer service desk. Card as an Employee Benefit: You can also become our customer if your employer offers a Makro card as an employee benefit. To find out if this benefit is available, please contact your HR department. Self-Employed or Freelancers Without a Business ID (IČO): To register, please bring your most recent tax return. Our colleagues at the customer service desk will assist you with the rest. Ambassadors and Diplomats: Registration is only possible in person. Please bring your diplomatic ID.
