Can I change or cancel the card holder?

The card holder can be changed in person at a Makro store by a person authorized to act on behalf of the company or by an authorized person by the company´s executive.

it is enought to prove it with a customer card and an identity document, we recommend that you also bring the old card, which will be destroyd. We will immediately issue you and new card on the spot in the name you entered.


Another option is a self-service application on your website, where after registering and logging in, each customer can manage all personal data themselves - both email/phone/address, ehenever there is a change, and the names of the cardholders.
